Development of a action plan to obtain accreditation for the aviation industry
Audit / Consultancy – INQUEST is assisting an aviation subcontractor in its Nadcap accreditation process by carrying out a preliminary audit.
A group that specialises in the manufacture of spare parts, modification kits, metal parts and composite parts for the aviation industry must prove that it has accreditation to continue working with its clients. One of the accreditations it hopes to achieve is Nadcap®, which involves managing special processes that have a direct impact on product compliance and safety. Following its most recent renewal audit, the group engaged in a risk mitigation process as a result of its failure to maintain its accreditation.
